Our restaurant with a capacity of 100 guests offers its clients a pleasant atmosphere either in the warmth of an open fire or in the open air on the terrace for an extra 100 guests, right on the bank of the River Vltava over a raceway leading to the mill’s waterwheel.
Before entering the realm of the miller’s kitchen, we recommend you to prepare your taste buds with a delicious starter and it would be a shame not to have tried miller’s soup before indulging in some mill specialty, perhaps from the pool next to the waterwheel, from our courtyard or from the farm or pastures green. We recommend a sweet delight from the miller’s mum or granny to round off the meal.
To accompany the specialities on offer we have a host of quality wines from Czech and Moravian vineyards and also 5 types of Czech beer: Gambrinus, Pilsner Urquell, Budvar, and the local Eggenberg light and dark beers.
